The open rate for this electronic newsletter is more than triple the national average for email campaigns and half of the recipients also click through to the Company’s website to get more information. At the same time, it has provided an opportunity for the C-suite participants to be recognized as thought leaders on particular technology topics. This has built good will for the Company with leading IT executives in their target healthcare markets.
