Clinical Process Improvement – The New Healthcare Imperative

A panel of leading healthcare executives participated in a forum to discuss the current state of Clinical Process Improvement (CPI) and its impact on cost containment, financial performance and quality patient care. C-Suite Resources organized and moderated a discussion on the definition, application and challenges of CPI in Seattle, Washington. The Roundtable provided an opportunity for reflection on CPI in today’s healthcare market and allowed for an open exchange of ideas and recommendations for improving the results of CPI efforts.
